Role: UX & UI Designer, User Researcher, User Interviewer, UX Strategist

Tools: Adobe XD, Photoshop, Axure, Sketch App, Marvel, Invision, Whiteboarding, Paper Prototyping

Story:

The Muji USA online store is in dire need for a redesign. The current desktop site is cluttered, directionless and does nothing to inspire customers to connect with the brand and make purchases.

Using rapid prototyping and heuristic analysis, I created an online store redesign for both desktop and mobile platforms. The redesign better connects customers with Muji's distinct brand and inspires them to make purchases.
